Design Champs provides a free AI-powered image generation service using the Flux Schnell model by Black Forest Labs. Users can enter text prompts to generate images, which are then displayed in a public gallery where users can vote on their favorite creations.

• Multiple aspect ratio options (1:1, 16:9, 9:16, 4:3, 3:4)
• Multiple output formats (WebP, PNG, JPG)
• Public image gallery
• Community voting system
• Image download functionality

3. Usage Limits and Fair Use

To ensure fair access for all users and to manage our operational costs, we enforce the following usage limits:

• Rate Limit: Each user (identified by IP address) is limited to 10 image generations per 24-hour period.
• Prompt Length: Text prompts are limited to 500 characters.
• Voting: Each IP address may cast one vote per image.

Attempting to circumvent these limits through technical means (VPNs, proxies, etc.) is a violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services to generate, upload, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Contains explicit sexual content or pornography
• Depicts violence, gore, or graphic imagery intended to shock
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains personal information about individuals without their consent
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
• Promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to terminate access for users who repeatedly violate our policies.

Images generated using our service are created using AI technology. The ownership and licensing of AI-generated content is a complex and evolving area of law. However, by using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your generated images in our public gallery.

6. Third-Party Services

Our service relies on third-party providers, including Replicate for AI image generation. Your use of our Services is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

AI-generated images may not always match your expectations or accurately represent your prompts. We make no guarantees about the quality, appropriateness, or accuracy of generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DESIGN CHAMPS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES.
